Trinity Buoy Wharf is pleased to announce the return of Fourth Monkey Theatre Company for a second year, who will perform three site-specific productions from 9th April to 3rd May 2014.
Based in London, multi-award nominated Fourth Monkey Theatre Company has evolved to become one of the most innovative actor training providers operating in the country today, offering relevant, contemporary and forward-thinking training for actors. Fourth Monkey will visit Trinity Buoy Wharf again in June for a short season of Greek plays.
Managed by Urban Space Management Ltd since 1998, Trinity Buoy Wharf has been transformed from a derelict site into a thriving arts community of over 500 people.
Located on the river Thames, a mile east of Canary Wharf, this historic 3-acre site is now home to London’s only lighthouse, a sculpture park, a pier, Street Art Trail, Longplayer, a gallery, Fat Boys Diner and Bow Creek Cafe as well as heritage buildings and a selection of the innovative Container City™ projects.
As a centre for the arts and creative industries, Trinity Buoy Wharf hosts regular theatre shows, events and exhibitions as well as being home to a rich mix of organisations ranging from individual photographers, fine artists and fashion designers to larger firms such as The Prince’s Drawing School, English National Opera, Parkour Academy, Thames Clippers and Faraday School.
