WildKat PR are delighted to introduce a new client, Baritone Peter Schöne

With his expressive and lyrical baritone voice, Peter Schöne is making a name for himself, both nationally and internationally. In 2016 he will not only sing in 3 big opera productions across Germany and Spain, but also give several Lieder recitals in Germany. His new album with music from Nietzsche is also expected to be released in August.

Peter Schöne has sung as soloist in several opera houses, including in Bremen, Hagen, Nürnber and Würzburg. Besides Opera, Lieder have always been part of his repertoire, from Schubert and Hugo Wolf to more contemporary ones. Currently he is working on a complete recording of Schubert’s Lieder.

Through close collaboration with composers such as Wolfgang Rihm or Moritz Eggert, his talent for music of the 20th and 21st centuries has been widely noticed. For his passionate commitment to music he was awarded the Schneider-Schott Music Prize by the city of Mainz.
