Warren Mailley-Smith performs at St Martin in the Fields

Pianist Warren Mailley-Smith is performing in St Martin in the Fields on Tuesday 28th June at 7.30pm.  Performing a programme of Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin and Liszt and rounding off with a performance of Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, this is a concert not to be missed!

Having studied at the Royal College of Music and with Ronald Smith and Peter Feuchtwanger, Warren Mailley-Smith is an up and coming, talented young pianist who is in demand in the USA, Russia, China, Australia and Europe. Mailley-Smith recently made his solo Carnegie Hall and Wigmore Hall debuts to critical acclaim, as well as recitals at Birmingham Symphony Hall and St John’s, Smith Square. He has given several performances at the Southbank Centre, including recitals in the Purcell Room and a concerto debut at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, and appeared as the soloist with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in May 2011.

Mailley-Smith has been invited to perform for the Royal Family on more than thirty occasions.  He has also been featured as Classic FM’s Video of the week and Hot Property of the Week, with his playing described as ‘sensational’, ‘stunning’ and ‘fantastic’.
