WildKat PR is delighted to welcome Trinity Buoy Wharf to its client roster.
Once an empty and derelict site, Trinity Buoy Wharf is now a thriving centre for the arts and creative industries with a rare community of over 350 like minded people enjoying the unique riverside location. There is also the Trinity Buoy Wharf Trust, which was set up to hold the land and the vision in trust for the people of London by using a portion of the Wharf’s income for arts projects in the area.
To date the Trust has supported / funded many projects including the Isle Of Dogs Music Project (2006 to present), All on the Wharf, Aluna, London International Festival of Theatre Summer Festival, 10yr celebration and various summer schools.
Free from overdevelopment, the site’s fasinating history can still be seen in the buildings, installations and residents such as the Lightships LV93 and LV95 that are moored there.
With careful regeneration, Trinity Buoy Wharf has kept its character whilst offering amenities such as studio and gallery space, a pier, boat club, school, rehearsal rooms, 3 of the hugely sustainable Container City buildings and two dining options in the form of Driftwood Cafe and Fat Boys all American diner.
WildKat PR will be working to promote Trinity Buoy Wharf as a venue and Arts hub, as well as their upcoming Arts events including various exhibitions featuring film, art, photography and sculpture.
Take a look at the Trinity Buoy Wharf website to find out more about what they do, and you can follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
